Order Shipping & Payment
1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 2-5 working days. On selected items, we
offer a Quick Ship Program with shipping times as quickly as 48 hours.
But for some items, you may pick up in same day by your order.
2. Do you have free shipping?
As we know, there is no free lunch. We will charge shipping fee depends
on your distance and quantity of items. But we will find extremely good
freight rates with excellent carriers to ship your orders. If you buy
large staff, we will also give you some discount to save your money.
3. How to pay your order, or what is forms of payment?
We accept Checks or Cash only. It is safe and fair for both of
customers and us. When you plan to order from us, please send or fax
copy of checks to us, then we can process our warehouse to prepare your

Customer service is available Monday – Friday, 9AM to 5:30PM. Messages and
emails can be left during non-working hours and you will be contacted
the next business day.
Damaged, Missing Items or Parts
1. What if customers are missing items or parts?
All shortages must be reported at the time of deliver and is the
customers’ responsibilities. Note all shortages on the delivery receipt
before signing. Contact LS pallet racks immediately to request an
inspection. Either freight claim with then be initiated or replacement
items will be issued.
2.What if customers’ orders arrive damaged?
We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment when
they are shipped UPS or common carrier freight lines. Please inspect
all merchandise upon deliver and note damage or shortage on the
delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at
the time of delivery is the customer's responsibility. Please check
immediately whenever possible. If there is concealed damage, retain the
carton contact us. Call LS Pallet Racks to speak to a
representative to request an inspection or to initiate a freight claim.
Price Guarantees and Return Policy
1. Do you offer price guarantees?
LS Pallet Racks guarantees you the lowest overall cost. If you find the
same items for less, please fax us the copy of quote including any
applicable delivery or handing charges. We will beat the total cost by
2. What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return
your order within 30 days from your invoice date and we will waive
depreciation fees under our No Hassle Return Policy. But we need to
charge Freight and labor fee of demolition and loading. Please contact
us within 30 days from receipt of your order to request a Return Goods
Authorization number. We will help you make arrangements to have the
product returned and provide a replacement, credit or refund.
